Concrete and Clay Tile Installation Manual for Moderate Climate Regions, 2006

The Tile Roofing Institute in partnership with the Western States Roofing Contractors Association (WSRCA) assembled a task group, which TRA-Mage's President, Terry Anderson, is a member. This task group developed a single manual that would provide a representation of the best installation practices, industry standards, and code requirements. These recommendations have provided successful installations of roof tile which endured the test of time. TRA-Mage has products such as their Ridge Riser™, EaveVent™, BirdStop™, FlexSeal™, and FlexVent™shown on pages 29, 52, and 54.

Concrete and Clay Tile Design Criteria for Cold and Snow Regions

TRA-Mage is proud that our own Terry Anderson was co-author of the new Concrete and Clay Tile Roof Design Criteria for Cold and Snow Regions manual that was recently produced in a joint effort by NTRMA and WSRCA. This manual will become the new industry standard for proper application of tile roofs in cold and snowy areas. Although written for tile, this manual is an invaluable tool for all roofing types.
